The Dracone barge is a flexible tube designed to carry petroleum products and other liquids lighter than the water in which it floats. Its skin is made of nylon cord and woven nylon fabric, proofed with weather and abrasion resisting synthetic rubber on the outside, and an inner lining appropriate to the cargo to be carried.

Ranging in size up to 300 feet in length and 15 feet in height when fully inflated.

Dracone barges are often used for liquid storage or oil spill clean-up.
